Honest review of your work.
I love reading other writers' work and providing helpful feedback. I have experience editing both technical as well as fiction writing, and have taken courses on writing and book coaching. As a writer myself, I understand how terrifying and painful it can be to have someone review your work. I was a nervous wreck when my first book was being reviewed by my editor, but I was lucky to have found an amazing editor who really wanted me to grow as a writer. He didn't sugar coat things, but he would give me a (virtual) high-five when something was well done. That is my style of editing. I try to incorporate everything he has taught me, and continues to teach me, into every one of my reviews. I will point out things that are well done, but will also point out things that are not bettering or helping the story, or things that aren't consistent.
